Eid-ul-Fitr greetings from the Bangladesh Sramik Kalyan Federation to all those in the workforce, both domestically and overseas.
In a welcome statement today, the organization’s acting president Prof. Harunur Rashid Khan, and general secretary Advocate Atiqur Rahman, stated that Eid-ul-Fitr is a gift from Allah Rabbul Alamin to the servants following the month of self-purification and self-restraint observed during Ramadan. Eid is a festival of joy. On Eid-ul-Fitr, people forget about their problems and the lines separating the rich from the poor in favor of happiness. Eid-ul-Fitr is extremely important for creating an inclusive, compassionate society. In essence, Eid marks the start of the development of the virtues gained through disciplined education and the observance of Ramadan.
According to leaders, the working class makes up two-thirds of the population. This enormous population is miserable for the entire year. In their home, there is no word for a cheerful celebration. The joy of Eid in the homes of many working people is not fully captured even on the holy day of the holiday. In essence, the growing disparity between the rich and the poor, along with the negative aspects of the capitalist economic system, has made life more miserable for those in the workforce. By applying the knowledge they have gained during Ramadan, the owner class and the physically fit should step up to lessen the suffering of the working class. Bring the joy of Eid into their homes, especially for the poor and working class who are deprived of it. It is important to take action so that employees can prepare better food for Eid. It is appropriate to give the employees’ families new clothing as gifts. The line separating the rich from the poor must be forgotten to achieve true happiness and tranquility. The owner and employee ought to share in the happiness of Eid.
Additionally, they said that the former MPs Shamsul Islam, Mia Golam Parwar, and central vice president Kabir Ahmad of the Working People’s Leader Organization were being held in jail during this joyous Eid. It hurts so much for us. We make yet another plea to the government to free every prisoner without conditions. Give them a chance to rejoice with their families on Eid.
The two leaders concluded by expressing hope that all Muslims worldwide will experience eternal happiness, peace, and prosperity as a result of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr. On this day, persecution, oppression, and discrimination will come to an end. There will be sincere ties of brotherhood and love formed between everyone. We shall relive the golden age of Rasheda together. May Allah pardon us for our transgressions at the start of Ramadan. Include us as His cherished servants. Indeed.
