Brief Introduction

Introduction
Bangladesh Sramik Kalyan Federation (BJF-8)

Preface:
To worship Him, Allah Ta’ala has created mankind. Peace ruled the planet as long as God’s law was upheld. This beautiful world is burning with unrest as a result of this law’s non-application. Wandering in pursuit of peace are the people of the earth. Violence, murder, slaughter, and other forms of oppression and torture are on the rise. The world’s populace is being ravaged by corruption and terrorism.

In exchange for the sweat and blood of the powerless employees, some individuals within society are gathering piles of black money, but billions of people around the world are starving to death and suffering other harsh realities. In the guise of economic freedom and using false and misleading slogans about changing the fortunes of workers and establishing workers’ sovereignty, imperialist, secularist, and socialist forces have held the powerless laborers in chains of slavery. Activist organizations pit employers and employees against one another. Furthermore, the beneficiary groups are advancing their interests due to owner-worker conflicts and other conflicts. While the workers are dying, the so-called labor leaders are devouring the countless resources belonging to the powerless people. Using the dead workers as a ladder to higher ground while stepping over them. Currently, the cries of the laborer are trembling on the throne of Allah.

State of the nation:

Even in Bangladesh, a group of opportunistic and self-centered people are praising capitalism, socialism, and secularism in humiliation over their aspirations. The nationalization of the mills following the country’s independence had the adverse effect of destroying the national economy. The workers have become unemployed and suffer half-starved conditions as a result of the subsequent mass expatriation.

The nation is on the verge of extreme turmoil and economic crisis as a result of the non-implementation of God’s law and dishonest leadership. The price farmers get paid for their produce is not fair. By relying on his wages, the worker cannot save his life. They are living in illness, misery, and starvation most of the time. However, a group of dishonest business owners, government officials, and labor leaders defrauded the poor laborers and became the proprietors of black money overnight. The lives of industrious people, including Laborers and hardworking people, are getting worse as a result of the unchecked rise in the cost of basic commodities. Today’s working people want to sever ties with this terrible state.

The way to liberation:

The issues of labor society and individuals at all levels could not be resolved by man-made theories such as socialism, secularism, capitalism, or the free market economy. The labor class and the rest of humanity’s problems can only be solved by the Islamic way of life. Only by implementing Islamic law at every level of life will our lost serenity be restored. Only Islam can ensure that individuals have access to the necessities of life, such as food, clothing, shelter, education, and healthcare. Give your underlings what you eat, the Holy Prophet commanded (peace be upon him). “Pay the worker before his sweat dries.” Labor rights have been exemplified in this world by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions.

Self-introduction:

By building positive relationships between employees and employers based on conversation rather than dispute and friction, the Bangladesh Sramik Kalyan Federation hopes to increase productivity and protect the rights of industrious people. The Sramik Kalyan Federation was founded on May 23, 1968, with the main goal of resolving labor issues in accordance with Islamic law for the welfare of workers and employees. Sramik Kalyan Federation is of the opinion that this existence is not the end of the earth. After death, the afterlife’s eternal life will begin. That life has a beginning but no end. Everybody there is required to account to Allah for all of their deeds in this life. To achieve this, one must strive to be both a good Muslim and a good employee. Then and only then will there be freedom and happiness in the hereafter, as well as tranquility in this life. To demand the survival of the disadvantaged, oppressed, and labor society and to bolster the fight for the rights of the labor class, assemble under the banner of the Sramik Kalyan Federation as you would be expected to do as a true Muslim.

Workforce Level:

Organizational Manpower at Four Levels:

A) Ordinary Member: The general members of the Federation are those who fill out the membership form and indicate their agreement with its goals, objectives, and initiatives.

B) Active supporters: When they carry out one of the four functions, they are active supporters.

C) The workers: 1. show up for scheduled gatherings regularly; 2. present a report on Islamic work; 3. make as many donations as you can to the Federation. 4. Carrying out work on invitation in Islamic activities If someone does these four things, he or she can become a worker.

D) Members: Taking an oath to sell one’s life and possessions to Allah allows one to join specially.

Appeal:
So let’s unite under the banner of the Bangladesh Sramik Kalyan Federation to devote our lives to Islam—the only path to freedom and peace in this life and the next—and keep up the never-ending fight for the emancipation of humanity’s oppressed and disadvantaged people. May Allah give us the blessings, Amen.
