In consultation with the Central Executive Council, the President has the option of forming the Central Governing Council from among its members. Ex officio, the President of the Central Executive Council shall be the President. The president has the authority to call a meeting of the central executive council whenever he sees fit. In addition to being accountable to the Central Governing Council for its actions, the Central Executive Council is responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the Central Governing Council are carried out.
