Program
There has never been a meaningful answer to the issues faced by employees, and anarchy and tacky slogans are not solutions either. A devoted, idealistic, and selfless workforce is necessary for this. With only committed personnel and the absence of effective initiatives, rights cannot be realized. As a result, the Bangladesh Sramik Kalyan Federation is outlining a 4-point plan for the benefit of the greater labor community:
- Organization
- a) Recruiting fundamental members by sending invitations to laborers.
- b) To progressively transform these individuals into workers and create units.
- c) Ongoing efforts to ensure that the labor society’s ethical, social, economic, and political rights are upheld.
- d) To foster an attitude of harmony, brotherhood, cooperation, and justice against injustice within the labor force.
- Trade union
- a) Providing workers with access to legal aid.
- b) Making an effort to implement the guidelines and agreements of the Islamic Conference of Labor (ICL) and the International Labor Organization (ILO).
- b) To promote relationships with national and professional federations.
- d) To improve union collaboration and instill a sense of accountability among the workforce to boost production.
- f) Efforts to protect labor rights and job security
- g) To make an effort to pay wages that are in line with the cost of the commodities and to gather rice, clothing, shelter, educational resources, and medical care.
- Education and training
Conveying broad Islamic information, helping to develop character, and offering training to help laborers develop professional skills
- Renovation and services
Offering assistance and support to unemployed, helpless, ill, and in danger of being fired workers, as well as cultivating honest, loyal to Allah, and qualified leadership at all levels, including in industrial settings, to bring about overall change in the nation and fighting unfairness and injustice,
